Mental health is a part of our everyday lives. It affects how we think, feel, and behave. Yet, mental health is often not prioritized, and there can be a stigma attached to admitting we need help. For the 2022 Mental Health Awareness games, we wanted to break down barriers and help people understand that it's okay to not be okay. We all struggle. And together, we can change the narrative so everyone feels safe and supported.
